Contacta a tu proveedor de dominios, tienes el dominio en estado bloqueado (locked), por la cual cosa no podrás cambiar las DNS hasta que sea desbloqueado.

You are protected from unauthorized third parties who might try to misdirect your name servers or attempt domain name transfer without your permission.
