Servidor o Servicio de video conferencias

Saludos:

Estoy buscando algun software servidor para video conferencias o en su defecto un servicio confiable de video conferencias, los requisitos son:

- 100% basado en web, que el cliente no tenga que descargar ningún software
- Soporte para 20 o más participantes simultaneos
- Audio/Video
- Soporte para IF y FF


Si es software servidor preferiblemente bajo Linux

**EDITADO: me da a mi que no existe tal software basado en web excepto el de userplane q se está usando... todaví­a no hay muchos avances en el tema de las videoconferencias, a parte de userplane podrí­a haber algún otro pero tiene pinta de ser carí­simo para aplicaciones de comunicacnioes militares y cosas tales así­, y q ni si quiera hay descargas disponibles, muchos trámites para conseguir ese software y demás, me da escalofrios.
